We started the Big Smile project in 2023 as an outreach to give big to those who are already giving. More specifically, this is our attempt to share the collaborative dental implant expertise of our super-qualified team at Shelbourne & Associates with certain individuals in our community. While we understand there is a large demand for our services, we seek only applicants who have served or are serving our community in some sort of capacity. Individuals who meet the criteria are candidates for receiving full-mouth dental implants and tooth replacement using the All-on-Four concept. Each quarter our team will select an applicant and provide a Big Smile at no cost to the patient. We welcome your application and are excited about being able to give a Big Smile to those of you who give.
